We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal for a fast and secure checkout experience. Shop Pay is currently not available.

Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-9 business days. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our international shipping options.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's progress.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return.
How do I return an item?
Email us at Returns@glyphvista.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your returned item. The credit will appear on your original payment method.
What is your exchange policy?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping is not available.
